Service Description
Communication is key! We will partner with you in creatively piecing together the optimal experiences and wineries to suit your tastes and tour preferences. Have a winery you for sure want to include in the day? Know what you want, but would like further guidance? We have a tour planning questionnaire that serves as a great tool (or we can even just chat over the phone) to help bring clarity to the process. Pick this option and we'll create together a day to remember! **YES! Gift certificates are available and what a great idea! Just mention your interest in the contact form, email info@serendipitywinetour.com or go straight to our Shop section to purchase. ***All tours are private and not "join-able."
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 72 hours in advance. That helps us cancel in a timely fashion with any winery reservations or food orders. Your deposit can be refunded or held for the rescheduled date if cancelled in time. Unfortunately, if cancellation occurs less than 72 hours in advance, the $100 deposit amount will be forfeited.
