Prices vary and can be customized to fit your wine country getaway budget. PRICING: 1-2 Guests PER HOUR Rate $95 3-4 Guests PER HOUR Rate $105 5-6 Guests PER HOUR Rate $115 *Pricing is by the hour with a 6 hour minimum **YES! Gift certificates are available and what a great idea! Just mention your interest in the contact form, email info@serendipitywinetour.com or go straight to our Shop section to purchase. ***All tours are private and not "join-able."
Cancellation Policy
Your $100 deposit blocks out your date(s) on the business calendar and covers itinerary building and concierge services. Refunds will be honored up to 21 days prior to your single day tour reservation, and up to 30 days prior to your multi-day tour reservation. Unfortunately, if cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior (or 30 days prior for multi-day tours), the $100 deposit amount will be forfeited. We understand things happen so if you do need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us 72 hours in advance. That will at least help us cancel in a timely fashion with any winery reservations or food orders. Again, your deposit CAN be refunded or held for the rescheduled date if cancelled in time (within 21 days of your single day tour or 30 days of your multi-day tour dates).
