Hello, old friend. It's so good to be in your in-box again. To me, this feels a bit like when you haven’t talked to a good friend for SO long and it seems as if so much has happened you’re not sure you’ll ever be able to fully “catch up.” That feeling may even cause you to procrastinate on sending that text, making that phone call, setting that date or, (as in my case) writing that email.
There are also those friends that, when you see them, even if it’s been ages, you can pick up right where you left off. I’m sure you have some of those in your life, right? They’re my favorite. The connection brings with it a feeling of ease and comfort, like coming home. For me, I would like to be this kind of friend.
So for this month, in addition to some highlights on what's new and good with Serendipity, I will leave you with some encouragement inspired by the above picture:

NEW VEHICLE IN THE FLEET
We are living our best life with you this year and are pleased to announce a brand new addition to our fleet. Growth is humbling, scary and exciting all at the same time! We believe this luxury SUV will only add to your signature Serendipity tour with all its features, comfort and additional space. We're still in the process of choosing a name and will roll that out soon! I'm going to miss Flexi and send her off with blessing to her next home. She was the beautiful, clean and faithful workhorse to support our first couple of years as Serendipity and helped to create many memories for people. Thanks again, Flexi, and may the legacy of excellence and joy continue with our new addition!
QUICK NOTE ON 2023 SEASON PRICING
We're so excited for our new season to begin. We have a brand new luxury SUV vehicle with the capacity to accommodate six guests instead of five and we believe you will love it! After much deliberation here at Serendipity, we as a team are looking to keep our prices as they were for 2022 and will keep the rate at $95/hour for 1-6 people, still with a six hour minimum. Even though inflation and new costs have come our way, we do not wish to pass them on to you. You're the whole reason we're here and love what we do! We can't wait to see our repeat customers and new faces in 2023!

VISION BOARD

I am increasing influence and impact in the WV wine industry by getting more involved in WVWA or by founding OWTC or learning more of Kim's organization by April 30th.
I am creating a consistent value-add legacy content flow through newsletters or videos beginning February 28th.
